Booking options & conditions

For all our rentals, you will benefit from:

  • 2 nights minimum in low season and 7 nights minimum in high season
  • Arrival between 16:00 and 22:00 (Please contact us if you need to arrive later)
  • For people who would like to arrive earlier, we take your request into account butIt will depend on the availability of rooms.
  • No possibility of an extra bed.
  • Only the Le Verger cottage can accommodate people with reduced mobility but not access to thepool.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The rooms and cottages must be vacated at 10 am on the day of your departure, in order to allow us toSet up for the following hosts, but you can leave your luggage.
  • The indoor areas and the pool are non-smoking areas.
  • The price per night does not include tourist tax.
  • Booking conditions: 30% deposit of the reservation amount.
  • Annulable sans frais avant
  • Means of payment: Cash, checks, credit card.
  • We live in another part of the property but we remain available if needed.
